If it's summer, you must escape to Kodaikanal...

Well ... I was doing my second year in college .. with friends had a short vacation to hill station Kodaikanal and near by places of interest.. see the guys enjoying at the banks of the river Aliyar. The period was autumn..raining everywhere ...greenery...the dam build on this river is full and you can see at the back drop those blue mountains..really a fine picnic spot..the place is situated in the Coimbatore District in Tamilnadu, South India.

Here you see me with my friends having a cool day out in the Kodaikanal lake..the clouds were dark and the whether fine making our boating a memorable one..Kodaikanal is a hill resort..fine to cool yourself in the summer..it is near Madurai.

well it is also Kodaikanal..we are cycling all through the steep roads arround the lake and into woods and ... All the above photographs were taken during September' 1994.

Kodaikanal
